The Paddle Company Kick Off is in place to engage, excite and energise 250 of their staff at the start of the year…
Well, if this isn’t what Strive is all about, then we don’t know what is. When Paddle approached us to organise their January Company Kick Off we were delighted and set about an epic three day event programme.
Day 1 – The Senior Leadership Team Meeting, followed by a private dinner.
Day 2 – The All Employee Conference, followed by a party
Day 3 – Departmental meetings, followed by team building
What a perfect programme to bring your people together!
Senior Leadership Team Meeting
Kicking off the event we started at the Hoxton Hotel for a day fuelled with content, important company updates, and senior team bonding. This was the first time this company had done something of this nature and they loved it. One of the highlights was our live illustrator who created an awesome vision of the day. Following a successful day we headed over to the Boundary Rooftop and had a private dinner for the group.
The All Employee Conference
Due to Covid, the all employee day became virtual in order to keep people safe. With many people travelling from abroad, this was the right decision for the event. The day consisted of company updates, the launch of the new brand (so exciting!), and a talk from a motivational speaker, Mo Gawdat. To keep everyone engaged at home we delivered 250 packages globally, with Mo’s book ‘Solve For Happy’, swag, and nibbles.
The Departmental Day
The biggest part of the departmental day was the Sales Kick Off (SKO). It was a brilliant way to end the end the event. With speeches, awards, team building and announcements, this day was right up our street.
