There is nothing we love more at Strive than being asked by a client to bring together their people for a day of connection, communication and relationship building. This was exactly what Augmentum Fintech needed when they came to us.

Over the last 18 months Augmentum’s headcount grew by 40%, and due to the pandemic people only knew each other from zoom calls and virtual socials. On hearing this we knew they absolutely needed a day to re-connect face to face.

We planned a day at a beautiful country house where guests would be in touch with nature, have time outside of the hustle and bustle of London life, and switch off.

To kick things off the guests were met at the train station by the Estate Range Rover where they all piled in the back. On arrival they were greeted by barista coffees served alongside an array of light and healthy breakfast treats. The guests then tuned in for a morning of company updates and strategic thinking. After the morning workshops we had a BBQ lunch outside in the gardens with copious amounts of delicious salads, flowing beverages, and everything served to perfection.

After lunch the guests headed out to the playing fields for an afternoon of competitive fun. We had laser clay pigeon shooting tournaments followed by segway races. Things finished up with a much needed refreshing drink by the lake, which concluded a day filled with connection, growth, and relationship building.
