For remote teams, moments of real connection can be rare. That’s why Pace, a fast growing consultancy, turned to us to create a company retreat to remember.

This was not just an annual gathering – it was a chance to refresh company values, fuel collective ambition, and build bonds that just don’t happen over Zoom.

The 3-day, immersive retreat brought together 40 team members, and focused on true connection beyond the screen.

Set in a beautiful, outdoor glamping site with wild swimming lake – it was tailored to Pace’s adventurous spirit.

From paddle boarding, archery and pyrography to runs, meditation and sunrise swims. We delivered activities to promote both camaraderie and wellbeing.

Our mission was to design a hands-on retreat that would bring everyone out of their routines and into new realms of personal growth. Whether that was through sleeping in a tent, taking part in a new activity, or getting hands on with camp cooking, there was a different element for each attendee.

This retreat highlighted why we do what we do: the power of human connection in a shared, challenging experience is unmatched. The feedback reminded us just how impactful events like this can be.
