To bring employees across a variety of functions together and ensure there was a unified approach in navigating their North Star.

Overall, they were looking to drive a shift in their culture which we did by creating a space for leaders to take ownership, delve into discussions and gain a comprehensive understanding of their roadmap.

Strive loved this project because it was an opportunity to get creative in bringing employees together and engage in shared learning. To represent the company’s forward-thinking and plans ahead, we hosted this event at the Science Museum to inspire creative thinking in a contemporary space.

We had a series of internal and external speakers to motivate and inspire thinking as one unit of team leaders. We actively encouraged and built time in for feedback, questions and answers for guests. To ensure employees accountability of committing to their future leadership selves, we ran a brightly displayed wall for employees to pin their personal pledges on to.

For all the Strive team, this was an opportunity to generate a memorable experience by bringing employees together, to meet, network and engage with compelling content which is what we love doing.

We then hosted a series of online events combining recordings from the in-person event, a series of live speakers, breakout workshops and a captivating facilitator to tie it together. This series of events allowed the company to host all of their people leaders and bring their event aims to life!
