Hypefest: Celebrating 10 Years of HRS

A celebration to remember: A 10 year anniversary festival to thank, recognise and reward the team.

…is what our client said when we asked him why he was hosting Hypefest. Right from that moment, we knew it was the perfect match.

Hypefest was a 10 year anniversary party to celebrate achievements and successes of the business, and to thank the people of the past and present who have made it the great business it is today. Hosted in the back garden of our client’s beautiful countryside home, our mission was to create a unique, personal, and epic event for his people.

Organisation at the Hyper Recruitment Solutions Employee Engagement Event

Strive loved this project because it is exactly what we are all about. Bringing together the people behind a company, and in this case friends and family as well, to celebrate the achievements of those both past and present.

The event was for all the employees of Hyper Recruitment Solutions. It was a first for the company and marked a pivotal moment for the business. Strive love when businesses mark great moments, big achievements, with a moment of connection for all their people.

150 employees from the UK, and their plus 1’s
Full day festival event in the CEO’s garden at his family home in Essex
10 year celebration for the company, appreciating the successes throughout this period, the phenomenal growth of the company and the terrific employees who have lead the company to where it is today
A range of exciting entertainment including a top DJ, fire dancers, bouncy castles and blow up games for the children, a Robbie Williams tribute act, creative activities and an energetic roaming band
Delicious choice of food trucks and sweet treats (ice cream van for the kids …and adults!)
Award ceremony for the employees to show appreciation of their hard work
Lots of socialising, dancing, singing and smiling
Transport all organised for guests
Underpinned by a silent but seamless military logistics operation.

For us at Strive

For all the Strive team, this was a wonderful event to work on. With such a personal mission for our client, and set in his beautiful back garden, it was a lovely backdrop for an event. See a team coming together at an event they don’t usually host is special, and watching the day unfold on their faces is what makes our jobs incredibly special.
