Ignite saw over 4,000 UW partners come together for a day dedicated to recognition, connection, and inspiration. This event celebrated past achievements while energising attendees for the journey ahead. With opportunities to learn, network, and renew their passion, the atmosphere was electric.
Ignite highlighted the power of community, ambition, and shared determination to achieve “the next million.” It was more than an event – it was a launchpad for future success.

Hosted at the Coventry Building Society Arena, the football stadium was transformed into a super purple extravaganza.
Onstage recognition, celebrating partners’ achievements and milestones are always a major part of these events, and this one was no different.
We also welcomed some exceptional headline guest speakers, including Katie Piper and Jamil Qureshi, sharing insights on perseverance and success.

At Strive, we’re passionate about creating exceptional experiences, and transforming a football stadium into a visually striking, functional, and engaging event space was a challenge we relished. From designing a dynamic main stage for speakers, live music, and partner recognition to curating an interactive area with a bustling merch shop, engaging stalls, and photo ops galore, every detail was crafted with purpose.
We even reimagined the stadium concourse and pitch side areas into welcoming spaces for eating, drinking, and reconnecting. Perfect for fostering conversation and camaraderie. Together, these elements amplified the incredible energy, excitement, and connections buzzing throughout the event.
