With an event like this where there are multiple moving parts, it certainly does take months of behind-the-scenes work, yet on the day we strive for an effortless and calm experience for the delegates. 

At Strive we really do focus on the experience and the long-lasting impact. What experiences, sessions and learnings will really move the dial for the company performance. We also had to be especially cost-conscious with this event, so we set to work designing an event that had the biggest impact for the lowest cost, a tough but enjoyable brief for the event team to get creative with.

One of the brilliant ways we do this is with a creative event theme that runs through the pre-comms through to the day itself, and this event was Basecamp and full of mountain metaphors galore.
